CLAIMS: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS AFTER DELIVERY AND ASSIGNMENT TO THE CARRIERS. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL AND THE ISSUE OF A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. RETURNS MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL UNOPENED CASES.
